Autumn Almanac

What an amazing weekend in so many ways…..good company, favourable football results and another one of my photographs was put on the Flickr Explore page. To  my astonishment I have got 10.25 k views and 160 faves so far.

I took this image on my iPhone 5s while walking home from work and was instantly drawn to the stunning shades of red of this autumn beauty. When editing the image all I did was slightly increase the saturation and contrast in Photoshop. I hope you like it.

Surreal Moment

It was a pleasant surprise to discover that one of my images had been selected to go on the Explore Flickr page. I was initially confused as I watched the  number of views figure continually going up while using the  Flickr app on my phone. I checked  the computer to get a better look at what was going on and “Low and Behold” I noticed that I had been asked to share my image in the Flickr Explore group……….and here it is.
